A Section of the Garden(2025), which consists of a set of sculptural plates that rest and lean on each other at an angle rather than sit stably on horizontally and vertically connected planes. Each aluminum plate finished with matte black paint is bent so the artificially flattened plane creates a curved surface. The sculpture emphasizes the “thickness” of the bent aluminum plates, symbolizing the substance or essence that constitutes the world. The original color of the aluminum plates stands out in this cross-section like element of the work, highlighting the effect of their thickness.
<정원의 단면>(2025)이 있었는데 각각은 수평으로 수직으로 연결된 각 면이 안정적인 구조로 놓여있기보다 사선으로 서로 괴고 이는 방식으로 여러 점이 배치되어 있다. 알루미늄을 기초로 무광의 검은 칠이 되어 있는 각 작업은 인공적 평면을 휘어 곡면을 생성하고, 앞면과 뒷면 사이 물질 및 세계의 실체로 상징되는 것으로 '두께'를 강조하여 보여주는 작품이었다. 이는 자른 듯한 단면으로 알루미늄 본연의 색이 강조되어 그 효과를 강화하였다.
